1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it (unused, in original packaging).
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including:
- Opened software.
- Products that have been installed or used.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@electronicsandheating.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at the email above.
